5. Returns and Refunds

We want every Tiny Win to feel just right. If something’s off, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, including for opened products, provided the items are gently used and returned with their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@tinywinskids.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will issue any approved refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing after approval.

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of abuse, misuse, excessive return activity, or where products are returned in a condition inconsistent with this policy.

6. Subscriptions

We offer subscription purchases for certain products shipped within the United States.

When you purchase through our subscription option:

• you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the subscription frequency chosen at checkout;
• your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before your next renewal date; and
• your recurring order price may differ from your initial order price if your first purchase included a discount, promotion, or introductory offer.

Customers may cancel after receiving their initial order. Once a subscription is canceled, no future recurring charges will apply, but any order already processed for shipment may still be fulfilled.

We aim to send a reminder email before each recurring shipment, but you remain responsible for managing your subscription through your account.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
