Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to pack and ship your Tiny Wins order within 2 business days. Please note that holidays, weather, and other carrier-related delays may affect timing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

How do I track my order?

Once your package is scanned by our shipping partner, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@tinywinskids.com and include your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need help, email us as soon as possible at hello@tinywinskids.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to assist.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please email us immediately at hello@tinywinskids.com. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order, as Tiny Wins is not responsible for fees, delays, or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Yes.

We’re parents too, so we get it - kids are unpredictable. If Tiny Wins isn’t a win for your family, email us within 30 days and we’ll refund you. No pressure, no guilt.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, including for opened products, as long as the items are gently used and returned in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email us at hello@tinywinskids.com with your order number and a brief note explaining what didn’t work. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing after approval.

Are there any return exclusions?

Yes. We are unable to accept returns for:

  • heavily used items
  • gift cards
  • final-sale products

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
